Welcome.

Thank you for checking in and helping me as I begin my healing journey.

I will use RSO (cannabis treatment) at home and Rituximab immunotherapy at UCSF over the next two months to treat lymphoma diagnosed last year.  I may have had this cancer for some time as the tumor in my mouth has partially bored through the hard palate of my mouth toward the sinnuses/brain and I have experienced many of the symptoms: lethargy, night sweats, swollen lymph nodes for a decade.  Physicians have suggested solvents as an offending cause and in fact I worked in the Drug Safety Assessment Laboratory at Sandoz and in the Keck Center for Integrative Neuroscience at UCSF as well as managing a small pharmacy in downtown San Francisco that was connected to a parking garage with poor ventilation.  Despite a healthy lifestyle I have been exposed to a lot of chemicals.

I have chosen cannabis treatment because of its relative safety versus other forms of chemo and its well characterized multiple mechanisms to kill cancer in vitro.  Although legal in California for over twenty years it has not been studied in clinical trials due to Federal prohibition.  There exists a mountain of anecdotal evidence.  But to be sure I have also scheduled standard of care treatment at my alma mater UCSF.

Cannabis treatment of cancer may be helpful for me for several other conditions I am experienceing: psoriasis, depression and chronic pain.
A four for the price of one treatment.

I will be taking a very high dose of cannabis.

I need the assistance of friends to check in with me on a scheduled daily basis as the high dose cannabis treatment will leave me unable to function normally.
I want a mood, pain, and wellness check in every day.  And I would like to engage in eating a good meal and having some exercise- most likely a walk.
A check in might include a drive to see the sunset, doing some art or watching a film.  But primarily a good meal and good company.

I will be sleeping a lot.  Especially in the first two weeks.
