Julie was suffering from disorientation and language-loss. (She couldn’t complete sentences or find words.). Her condition declined rapidly from January 10 to January 15.
On January 15, Julie was admitted to Sanford Hospital in Wheaton and a CT Scan found a brain tumor. On January 16, Julie was moved to Sanford Hospital in Fargo.
Ultimately, the tumor was diagnosed as an inoperable Grade IV Glioblastoma Tumor. Her prognosis is terminal, with a life expectancy of a few weeks.
Julie was discharged from Sanford, Fargo on January 23rd and is in Hospice Care at her sister’s lake home near Elbow Lake, MN where she is surrounded by family.
