We spent over 1.5 years doing all kinds of therapy, some of which helped and some which seemed not to help. The past year, we focused more on things we could do so Julia was better supported here at home.  We installed a heater in the ceiling of her bathroom right over the porcelain throne. We spent months getting a whole-house generator installed so she no longer worries about power issues during big storms. The new fireplace insert keeps her more comfortable on cold days.  Her replacement chair in her studio makes it easier for her to paint.  We have a new recliner arriving in a couple of weeks which will help her be comfortable while we watch TV.  All of the improvements around the house are nearly done. Next, time to seek out new therapeutic modalities.
