Judy Farrington Judy's Road to Recovery

First post: Mar 21, 2016 Latest post: Apr 9, 2016
Hello everyone,

On Friday March 4, our mother suffered a sudden cardiac arrest in her home. Thanks to the quick actions of her husband Scott and that of the Orono PD, Mound Fire, and North Memorial Paramedics, she was rescusitated and remains in serious condition at North Memorial Medical Center Surgical ICU. She is intubated, on ventilator support, and remains sedated. The neurological prognosis, however, remain unknown.

How you can help:
I am pleading for anyone with the means to do so to donate whatever you can comfortably afford on the following GoFundMe (http://gofundme.com/JudyFarrington) link to the page we created for Judy, or go to https://www.gofundme.com/JudyFarrington. Donations will be used to assist with the mounting medical costs and help relieve some of the burden from her husband. The timeframe is ongoing, so I'm guessing the funds will be needed within the next few months once the bills start pouring-in.
*Please note- The donation tab at the top of this page site does NOT go to Judy's recovery fund. Just an FYI.

There are no words to describe our gratitude for anyone willing to help, but please know that you are appreciated more than I could possibly articulate in a message.

Mom is an avid bird lover and enjoys the lake, nature, and spending time with her husband, Scott. She is a mother of 2 sons (myself and Jeremy Smith) as well as a step-son, Robert, daughter-in-law Krystal, and she has three grandkids ages 3, 6, and 8.

Thank you kindly,
Jason Smith
