I apologize if this is the first time you are receiving this message. A few weeks ago I found out I have breast cancer. The tumor is small and due to frequent screening I caught it early. We are very grateful for this. I won't know staging or a definitive plan until I have it removed and lymph nodes checked. This is hopefully happening by the end of September. Once I know a more concrete treatment plan, I will let ya'll know. We are making plans to have this done at MGH.
I hope you believe me when I say I am really ok with all this. It doesn't come as a big surprise to me. Yes I certainly have had a few "deer in the headlights" moments with info ...but in general it is so nice to rest on my faith cuz it is comforting and I am at peace with the diagnosis . I am hoping and praying that much good can come from all this...it already has.
I would ask if you are willing, to please pray for me and my family; yes for healing but more importantly that God's will be done .
