On Friday July 14th 2017 Judie was diagnosed with a 6 millimeter aneurysm. She had an appointment on Wednesday July 19th with the neurosurgeon to assess the severity of the aneurysm. On Monday July 17th 2017 at about 9:35 PM while at the grocery store the aneurysm burst she was rushed to Waukesha Memorial Hospital once they had her stabilized they transferred her to Froedtert Hospital. Within hours they put a drain in to relieve the pressure on her brain. A few hours later they performed surgery to clip the aneurysm. They were successful with the surgery and are very positive about the outcome however we are currently on a wait and see basis.
