JR has received his MediPort and will begin chemotherapy with radiation for his skin cancer this month. Thanks for all the borrowed strength and prayers !


FROM JR :  I feel really good 90% of the time and have been working full time since the first week of August.
On 12-22-21, I’ll be starting 7 weeks of 5 days a week Radiation to my head, upper jaw and neck, augmented by once per week low dose Chemo.
I’ve needed only a little physical help and gotten a lot  mainly from my siblings and in-laws, and especially Jim Ryder and Tricia Hunter, a HS friend to whom I’m fortunate to still be close to.
Of course, Kailey’s been an angel, but I worry she worries and takes on too much at times.
As any lawyer, I love talking about myself and that includes my cancer (and honestly, who’d care about much else anyway), so please ask me anything anytime.
I promise to to make my answers short. 😏
