Three weeks after my Mom passed from this earth, I was diagnosed with stage I breast cancer. After two unsuccessful lumpectomies I will have a double mastectomy next week. Fortunately, at this time no chemotherapy or radiation is needed. I look forward to a complete recovery following the surgery.
