Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement.  This message is written by Jo's hubby, pat.  


My bride was recently diagnosed with grade three uterine cancer.  We've been advised that this is an  aggressive type.  She has had a battery of tests and is scheduled for surgery on November 6th.  She is actively doing other therapies besides the scheduled surgery, and has opted out of chemotherapy  or radiation.  My bride is a woman of deep faith and positive attitude.  With great medical care, and your prayers and encouragement, we are going to kick this thing in the butt.   Our dear daughters, Becky Nail and Julie Carlson and myself will provide updates periodically.  As Jo has the time and energy she will also post.   We want to make clear that we are not requesting and do not need donations.  CaringBridge has donations options throughout this site.  Those are for the CaringBridge organization.  We thank you for visiting and deeply appreciate your concern.   pat
