Josh and Kaitie have been sweethearts for 8 years. Josh asked Kaitie to marry him in December of 2014. The wedding date was set for May 28th of this year. All the plans were made and like any couple they are eagerly anticipating the "Big Day". On Saturday February 6th after a couple of weeks of not feeling well, Kait and Josh's parents, Doug and Judy took him to the Emergency Room. After a battery of tests and a transfer to Rochester General, a diagnosis was made on Sunday morning of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). Joshua has since been transferred to Wilmot Cancer Center at Strong Memorial Hospital for an intensive 30 day inpatient chemotherapy regimen beginning today (Wednesday). Talk about a whirlwind!
