On Friday, December 23rd, 2016, while on his way to work at Starbucks, Josh was turning and was hit on the passenger side of his car. He and his car were thrown across multiple lanes of traffic. Josh was rushed by ambulance to Presbyterian Dallas and was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury. Jennifer and Emmalise were witnesses to the accident from a separate vehicle, but we not in the car that was hit.
