Welcome to our CaringBridge website. Joe was diagnosed with metastatic squamous cell carcinoma in March of 2017. So far he has been through radiation and chemotherapy, immunotherapy, 2 surgeries, a different chemotherapy and a failed clinical trial. We are currently getting ready to start a second clinical trial at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa. We appreciate everyone's support and encouragement and are very anxious to get this trial going so Joe can start on the road to getting better.
