Jonathan Gonzalez Jon's Treatment Journey

Hello World. Wow, where do I begin?  My story is one that one day I would like to write a book about.  For those who don't know, I am a father of two beautiful kids Justin Jay and Jaelyn Paige. On February 12th I went to the  Griffin Hospital ER because of shortness of breath and severe pain in my left arm that radiated down to my arm pit and then to my lungs/heart area. After a few blood tests and scans I was admitted because the doctors found a small mass on the bottom portion of my left lung. The next couple days was excruciatingly hard for me because I had 700 thoughts running through my head and if you know me, I tend to think too much at times. Four days later, I went in for a biopsy and as you can imagine I spent the next week awaiting those results with fear, anticipation, dread, hope and faith. Then on February 23rd, I met with two doctors who broke the worst news I have ever received in my life. I was told that I had Lung Adeeno Carcinoma (Cancer). All I could think about at the exact moment was about my kids.
