Day 1: Jonah was in a very serious car accident. He was airlifted from Bergen NY and brought to Strong Memorial Hospital. When he arrived he had surgery immediately on his diaphragm because his stomach was hit with such force it ruptured. When they were in surgery they had to bring his bowels down and reposition his stomach as everything was in his chest. He was immediately put on a ventilator and  an induced coma. He also has a bruised spleen, broken rib, broken jaw, and a lung contusion. He is also suffering from scattered brain bleeds.

The plan is to get him healthy and all of his injuries taken care of at Strong Memorial. Then to move him to Unity Hospital in Greece so that he can have the best brain trauma treatment in the area (4th in the nation).

So please everyone keep praying for Jonah, he has a long road ahead of him but we know he is a fighter and will come out on top!
