     First, I want to assure everyone that this site is not a request for money. It is merely a place to inform family and friends of John's progress. Some of you may know but most of you do not know that John was recently diagnosed with a glioblastoma, a brain tumor, impossible to irradicate but treatable in a few ways. We are quickly exploring radiation and chemo vs. surgery. 
     He is being treated by a team of neuro specialists at the University of Virginia. His first sign of a problem was losing his peripheral vision on his left side. One test led to another resulting in turning our world upside down. We are taking one day at a time and  will live each day God gives us to the fullest.
