As many of you know, I have been dealing with a blood disorder for the last twenty years. As the condition has progressed, it has now become something that is affecting my quality of life and would likely have an impact on my longevity. Therefore, at my doctors' suggestion and after long careful thought and discussion, we have decided that the best course of action for us now is for me to undergo a Bone Marrow Transplant. Although it is not without its risks, we are going into this full of hope, determination and a firm belief that my mind/body will overcome any obstacles. And on the other side is complete healing of my bone marrow issue!
