John Rajkowski

For sometime now, John has been struggling with liver disease and cancer.  After months of treatment, including chemotherapy with no success,  his doctors'  have determined it's time for hospice care at home.  
To celebrate John,  we invite you to join us.  We are beginning this caring bridge journey to give you the opportunity to share memories and messages for John and his family.  All of your support and prayers have been deeply appreciated.
