John DiFranco Johnny's journey 33

John's illness was diagnosed almost 5 years ago. He has a rare heart disease called amyloidosis.  The disease attacks certain organs and for him it's his heart. It has caused him to have congestive heart failure and Afib. His heart currently performs at less than 20%. He has been a real fighter during this time but unfortunately the disease is now winning. My family and I are focused on keeping him home so that he can transition in the comfort of home surrounded by the love of his family. Thank you for keeping him in your prayers
