John was in a car accident on Sunday morning. John had just gone in to surgery to repair he's right leg when Steve , the twins, and I got to Hennepin County Medical Center.  He was stable enough to have that surgery.  He also has a cracked pelvic bone.  He has a lacerated spleen and kidney.   He has two broken ribs which punctured his right lung.  So, he is on a ventilator.  Now for  the worst, he has a cracked skull.  They put a drain in to relieve the pressure to his brain.  All indicators are good so far.  He does respond to stimulus and can move all his extremities.  The next couple of days will help his recovery.  He is critical but, stable.
