John was brought into the ER on March 4th and quickly airlifted to Fargo. In Fargo we received the sudden news that John was suffering from an unknown cause of heart failure. He is now at the U of M in the cardiac ICU, which is the best place to be for cardiology. He is currently awaiting to have an Left ventricle assist device as a bridge to transplant.  For information mylvad.com has a lot about the LVAD and guidance on what we can expect.

We have had nothing but great teams of medical professionals helping us and John through this sudden event. John is in good spirits, and we are planning for our future. We will are working with Help Hope Live  at https://helphopelive.org/campaign/12673/edit for all fundraising towards future medical expenses including a heart transplant, we appreciate your prayers and positive thoughts for John. We will be notifying friends and family when John is ready for visitors, right now we are trying to let him rest and build strength for his upcoming surgery. He sends his love and is truly moved by the vast amounts of love and kindness. Go team John!!
