Over the past several months of being very sick, being unable to eat or drink, visiting the emergency room at least weekly, having many tests done to help find the problem,  and losing over 40 pounds, John was diagnosed this week with small bowel cancer that has spread into his lymph nodes and abdomen.  Over these next months he will need many prayers as he undergoes surgeries and chemotherapy.
