John and Barbara lost their beautiful daughter Cali early Thursday morning , a victim of a homicide in downtown Austin. As most of you know Cali leaves a beautiful 4 year old daughter Eliza and her parents John and Barbara whom we all love so much. We are asking for help with meals for the next few weeks or more and help with Eliza and or errands as they come up. We so appreciate ya'll signing up for meals and keeping this family in daily prayer as they struggle with the grief of losing their only daughter. Lord Jesus we just lift up this family to you knowing that you hold them close to your heart and grieve with them. We hold on to your promise that Cali is with her Savior and find comort in this. But we also know this is a long journey of which we all will stand in the gap praying and loving them in our hearts and with our actions.
We look to Proverbs 3:5 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding."
Lord we know that you are the Great Shepherd, the guardian of our souls and we release this hedge of protection over this family and sweet Eliza. Amen
