Good day ! I'm Carmina Algodon the mother of Johanna Jean. We live in the Philippines and are grateful for this opportunity to visit America. My auntie is Carmen and her husband is Dan Hale.
My daughter Johanna was born with CHD Pentallogy of Fallot....that means she has holes in her heart that need to be corrected. We are now in the US for her operation. She will be having her first Doctor's appointment at Riley Childen's Hospital in Indianapolis on Dec.2 , 2016. Surgery is scheduled for Wednesday December 7th.
