On July 3rd, 2016, Joe had a severe stroke in his home. With the help of the team at HCMC, two clots were removed from the left side of his brain. When finally conscious four days post-stroke, he was left with absolutely no movement on the right side of his body and the inability to speak. Joe's recovery has been a long and ongoing healing process with the help and prayers from friends and family. Five months later Joe is still unable to speak and has little to some movement brought back on his right side of his body. To the people who love Joe, this is his story.
