Joellen Rosenquist

Joellen has suffered for a while with COPD and Heart issues. On June 9, 2020 she was admitted into the Calico Rock Hospital because of breathing problems and not being able to walk more than a few steps. Once admitted over a week they gave her a battery of tests which included an EKG and an Echo. They determined she had pneumonia along with heart issues. They had determined she had multiple issues with her aortic valves including stenosis which means there was thickening and blood was not getting through. She was brought by ambulance to St. Vincent’s Hospital in Little Rock. There they have done a procedure which confirmed the situation. Once the pneumonia is cleared they will operate to replace the valves.
