<blockquote><span style="font-size:12pt">Today, Saturday 3/12/2022, Joe Legnard passed away peacefully after a long hard fought battle with cancer.  He would have been 48 on 3/26.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size:12pt">For those of you who didn&#39;t know his stroy, Joe was “found down” by one of his neighbors in his home.  He was taken to the hospital where he was preliminarily diagnosed to have widely metastatic cancer on August 27, 2020 .  He underwent many tests, biopsies, including brain tumor resection.  Joe was eventually diagnosed with a very rare non-small cell lung cancer.   </span></blockquote>
<blockquote><span style="font-size:12pt">Joe underwent multiple treatment modalities which initially were promising but then failed to halt the progression.   Throughout his cancer diagnosis and treatment course, he remained positive and showed grit and determination.   </span></blockquote>
<blockquote><span style="font-size:12pt">Joe loved Hunting, Hiking, Skiing, Ski Patrolling, and Alabama Football.   He was committed to healping others and bringing  levity to any situation including his situation during his own last days.  He showed us all how to live well with intention.</span></blockquote>
<blockquote><span style="font-size:12pt">There will be a service at his hometown of Bethel, Connecticut. Details of that service and ways to contribute to remeber Joe will be forthcoming.    </span></blockquote>
