On Friday Jan 19 Dad fell down in the bathroom after getting up for the day.  Mom heard it happen and found him on the floor unable to get up.  She called 911 and the paramedics took him to St Joseph's ER in St Paul where it first appeared he may have suffered another stroke (he previously had one in June 2015).   After two CT scans and three MRIs the doctors have now determined that he has a tumor on the left side of his brain.   He is currently resting in the neuro surgery unit at St Joes awaiting a biopsy procedure to determine the nature of the tumor.   Thanks to everyone for keeping Dad in you thoughts and prayers.  We plan to update often as we find out more about his condition and the treatment plan.
