My Mom, Joanne Moore, is an amazing and special individual. She is my best friend. My cheerleader.  My constant confidante.  If you know her, you are truly blessed. At this moment, she is fighting for her life. What we thought was a very temporary and treatable illness turned out to be much worse,  She is currently residing at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital in the ICU. We  need her home.  Here you will find her story, updates regarding her condition, a place to share your thoughts and stories of my beautiful and gifted Mama, and a place I can sing her song as loud as possible with the widest reach. Please share with anyone who knows her and anyone who would like updates as we navigate this storm. I will update as much as I can, but please understand I am working full time at a brand new  place, I am taking care of my Dad (who is blind) and their dogs and house. I am very overwhelmed and really need your understanding.  Thanks for reading and please ask for every miracle you can think of. We need it.
