Jo Ann Bernardy

Jo Ann Bernardy formerly of Lucan, MN moved to Minneapolis in 2016 to an assisted living apartment to be closer to her children.  Her husband Nick Bernardy passed away in July of 2017.  She has 5 children: Maria, Theresa, David, Anne and Sarah.  Jo Ann resided at Main Street Lodge in Minneapolis until a recent fall that fractured both of her shoulders.  She has had some complications and we are currently navigating her care and trying to spend as much time with Mom as possible to make sure she is safe and comfortable.
