Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.
My dad, Jim Titone was diagnosed with tongue cancer after a visit to the hospital on his 75th birthday in January 2022. A lot has happened since that time, and we wanted to have an easy way for him, Jane, or I to post updates about his treatment progress.  On 03/28/2022, he had his first antibody treatment, which wiped him out because of the Benadryl he was given. He started radiation treatment on 03/30/2022, and will have this M-F for approximately 7 weeks. During pre-treatment appointments, it was discovered he needed an ultrasound to check for a blockage in his carotid artery, and it was determined he needs a stent in his right artery.  He has a lot of doctors, nurse, and techs he is working with and will have a lot to manage in the upcoming weeks. We welcome all prayers, positive thoughts, and words of encouragement.
