Hello to everyone, society  says  that after a life time of self-destruction of eating bad foods and lack of exercise has brought about a heart condition that needs repair at Cleveland Clinic known as the top hospital for Heart conditions.  Dr. Kenneth McCurry will conduct his magic (4 bypasses, mitral valve repair or replace, possible Aortic replacement) on April 9, 2019.  The Doctor and I have selected a Tissue (Cow/Pig) for any replacement that may take place.  Even though the Tissue valves are not longer lasting that the Mechanical Valve the mechanical valve was not chosen being that it tends to have more clotting issues and would require high strength blood thinners to be taken the  rest of my life, possibly causing sever bleeding in the future.  


The Diagnostic Cardiac Catherization has shown;
 - Large Scar in the LAD, RCA with some region of viable myocardium
-LMT is normal
-Mid LAD is narrowed 90% , this narrowing is between two arears of the stents placed in the heart from a previous heart attack (2013), 1st diagonal has severe diffuse disease.  There is mild ISR in the proximal and aspect of the LAD, There is severe ( 90% ) stenosis in the mid aspect of the LAD
-LCX shows the distal circumflex is narrowed 100% focal disease, the distal aspect of the LCX at the continuation of AV circ aspect is completely occluded, there is sever (80-90%) discase in the OM@ branch in the mid aspect. OM1 is a small size vessel.
-Ramus is absent
-RCA is narrowed 100% focal disease, the proximal aspect of the RCA is completely occluded, the distal aspect is fed via collaterals arising from the distal aspect of the LCX and Septal Collaterals.
