On Friday, May 7, 2021, Jim had a terrible fall off of steps in a home he was renting in Punta Gorda, Florida. He hit his head on a concrete wall and suffered traumatic brain injury and a skull fracture. He entered ICU at Bayfront Port Charlotte in the early morning hours of May 8th. He has a long road ahead of rehabilitation.
Jim is an amazingly determined, smart, tenacious man who is loved dearly. If anyone can make it through this difficult time with the love and support of his family, it is the great Jim Pearce. Thank you for your supportive comments, questions, prayers, and positive healing thoughts.
