On Monday, August 5, Jim suffered an aortic dissection that caused a massive stroke. Miraculously, he survived the rupture and persevered through two surgeries to repair his aorta and to relieve pressure on his brain. Since then, he has been healing in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at INOVA Cardiac and Vascular Institute. We are all grateful for his miraculous survival and look forward to his 110% recovery. Even now as he heals, he is working hard to communicate with his wife and three daughters. All those who know Jim know he trusts the Lord. Your prayers in agreement for complete recovery mean the world to us.
