Since Jim is in the hospital now, fighting squamous cell carcinoma, we are starting to use this website as an easier way to communcate with friends and family about his condition. This seems to be the most efficient way to keep everyone who cares for him "in the loop." He is currently at St. Luke's in Milwaukee in ICU. He is expected to be in ICU for about a week, and in the hospital for a week more. In ICU, he is unable to receive flowers, but he can get cards.
