Mom started to feel sick the first week in March. They were still at their home in Tx. Kory and I flew down to check on them on March 6th. We arrived around 3pm and by 8, Dad and Kory had her and Lady(their dog) loaded in the van to head for MN. She did not want to go to the hospital in TX. I stayed back to tie up of few loose ends, and flew back.

They arrived at Lake Region Hospital in Fergus Falls in record time. She was admitted and tested positive for covid. She was in for a few days and then transported to Sanford when the decision was made to put her on the ventilator in hopes of giving her body rest and to get stronger.

We will try to keep you updated as best we can and hopefully you have been able to follow the updates on Facebook, but we will be using this for future updates. ❤️
