As of 9/24/22, at a glance:
- 7/21/21 - went to Urgent Care with side pain
- 8/04/21 - diagnosed with adrenal cancer
- 9/03/21 - surgery to 1) remove right adrenal gland, 2) resect liver to remove a small tumor, and 3) perform microwave ablation on another lesion on the liver. The right kidney did not have to be removed!  💕
- 9/14/21 - pathology results showed adrenal cancer cells were all contained within a margin of normal cells. 💕 17 lymph node biopsies were benign.  💕
- 10/05/21 - During the scans related to the adrenal tumor, there were abnormal cells found in thyroid, with a >95% likelihood of being follicular cancer.
- 11/19 /21- surgery to remove thyroid - went well 👍🏼
- 11/25/21 - pathology results confirmed papillary thyroid carcinoma, margins narrowly clear by a fraction of a millimeter.  No radioactive iodine treatment(s) required!
- 3/09/22 - initial speech therapy consultation to address post-thyroidectomy vocal issues
- 4/18/22 - ENT doctor confirmed paralysis of right vocal cord
- 7/18/22 - graduated speech therapy, with permanent paralysis of right vocal cord - the left vocal cord is doing all the work solo! 💪🏻
- 9/24/22 - Post-adrenalectomy treatment:  Recommendation for systemic treatment (5yr course of Mitotane/chemotherapy in a pill form or traditional chemotherapy) was reversed!

(First few journal entries are pieced together from text messages with family & friends between 7/21-7/23.)
