As of 11/25/21, at a glance:
- 7/21 - went to Urgent Care with side pain
- 8/04 - diagnosed with adrenal cancer
- 9/03 - surgery to remove right adrenal gland, resect liver to remove a small tumor, and microwave ablation on another lesion on the liver. The right kidney did not have to be removed!  💕
- 9/14 - pathology results showed adrenal cancer cells were all contained within a margin of normal cells. 💕 17 lymph node biopsies were benign.  💕
- During the scans related to the adrenal tumor, there were abnormal cells found in thyroid, with a >95% likelihood of being follicular cancer.
- 11/19 - surgery to remove thyroid - went well 👍🏼
- 11/25 - pathology results confirmed papillary thyroid carcinoma, margins narrowly clear by a fraction of a millimeter
Post-surgery:  1) Possible radioactive iodine treatment(s) and 2) Decision re: whether and when to begin a 5yr course of Mitotane  (chemotherapy in a pill form)

(First few journal entries are pieced together from messages with family & friends from 7/21-7/23.)
