Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.
On September 12, 2019, Jessica had a sudden onset of a crippling, severe pain in her head. She was rushed to the hospital and found to have a brain bleed. After stabilizing her, she was transferred to Johnston Willis. Further testing determined she suffered a Subarachnoid hemorrhage. She is currently in the neuroscience ICU unit and being monitored and treated for continual pain in the head. The angiogram results did not show an aneurysm but the test will be repeated.  She is currently taking medication to control spasms in the brain caused by the bleeding. She will be in the hospital for at least 7 days and maybe more. She is resting somewhat comfortably and appreciates your prayers and concern. Keep praying!
