Jessica was born with many birth defects she has had a g-tube since she turned 2. She had a J-tube placed around age 13. Now at age 31 she feeds through the J-tube and the g tube is to drain. Why is because her stomach has shrank to small and the opening to her intestines has closed. Not allowing any thing to pass through.we use a tube in her g tube hole and a button in her j spot.
