Jerry needs a Kidney, and we fervently pray for a living kidney donor. Jerry has Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) and is in Stage 5 Kidney failure. PKD is a genetic disease and he has done nothing to have caused it. He's lost two brothers to this disease. Currently, Jerry's Kidneys are the size of watermelons. It's like being 9 months pregnant with twins every day of his life. We wake up each day praying "maybe today will be the day we get the call" and go to bed praying "maybe tomorrow."
We have a son with Autism who needs his father to help him grow into a man. He's devoted his professional career to helping adults with disabilities find employment. We've been married for 31 years and pray for 31 more.
