Jerry started experiencing chest pain in February; however, the pain seemed secondary to the neck and spine pain he was also having at the same time. He was checked out by a cardiologist to see if the chest  pain was due to a heart-related problem; his heart was fine. Ultimately, it took a trip to a hospital emergency room on July 19 to find out that the cause of his chest pain was a mass in his chest wall cavity; that mass  turned out to be a malignant tumor. This journal chronicles the treatments Jerry receives relating  to the tumor and the pain it causes.
