Jeremy Lund

First post: Aug 31, 2021 Latest post: Jan 11, 2022

On August 15th, 2021, Jeremy was experiencing difficulty breathing and dizziness and was admitted to Altru Hospital ICU in Grand Forks. He was recovering from Covid-19 and suffered damage to his lungs. During this time he was given oxygen to aid in his breathing. After multiple days of little to no progress, his team of doctors decided to place him on a ventilator while continuing treatment under sedation. He was diagnosed with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and pneumomediastinum due to complications from Covid-19. Jeremy is stable and showing signs of progress each day, but it will likely be a long road to recovery. We will update, as necessary, with any significant changes.

We appreciate your prayers, support, and words of hope and encouragement.
