A bit over ten years ago Jeremiah suffered a debilitating stoke that left him significantly disabled on his left side.  As doctors scrambled to figure out why a 30 year old man would have a stroke we learned several valuable things about his fragile state.  1.  He has a genetic clotting disorder. 2.  He has a hole in his heart. And 3.... managing blood clots was going to be ano issue.

On September 2014 Jeremiah fell seriously ill again and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure.  The doctors at that time said IF his blood stopped clotting he may live 2 years.

In October Jerry and family celebrated that he had lived past his 2 year estimate!  Every day from then on has been a bonus.  He even had cataract surgery in his right eye which for almost two years he'd been blind in.  It seemed he had a new lease on life.  He was set and looking forward to living independently for the first time in several years and there was joy!

But on December 16th 2016 Jeremiah suffered a series of paralyzing strokes that halted his plans and left him unable to speak and completely paralyzed on his right side from head to toe.

We are fighting the good fight!  Jerry wanted that so in that we honor him thru prayer, medical intervention as he desired and through sharing his story.

Jeremiah belives God is the master of his life.  So do not despair!  He fully trusts him!
