Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We've created it to keep friends and family updated about Jen. Get started by reading the introduction to our website, My Story.

Visit often to read the latest journal entries, visit the photo gallery, and write us a note in our guestbook.

Jen and Logan were in Salida, visiting for the weekend, when Jen received a phone call from her Dr. She'd had blood work drawn the day before to check for Mono, since she'd been draggy, with a sore throat, for several weeks.

An urgent request by the Dr to have lab work redrawn, a mad-dash back to Denver, and a long ER visit later, Jen ended up in the hospital over night to have a bone marrow biopsy performed.

In the space of 4 days, We went from thinking Jen had Mono, to knowing she has Leukemia.

Treatment will begin very soon and we will use this website to keep all Jen's family and friends updated with the latest information.

We appreciate all the prayers and thoughts that have been, and will continue to be, sent to Heaven on Jen's behalf. We are thankful to have a diagnosis, grateful to have treatment options and trusting that God is in control of all things
