hello, family and friends: In the summer of 2013 I received a breast cancer diagnosis, actually two––a different cancer in each breast (pretty special, eh?!). i gave up both breasts in September, and then endured 6 months of chemo from November through April. In the fall of 2014 I gave up my ovaries. I am now recovering from cancer treatment. Life has changed in every way possible, much of it for the better.
