Starting early November, Jen started to experience shortness of breathe and extreme fatigue. Under the assumption she had a sinus infection that was turning into pneumonia,  she never went to the doctors in true Olson style. On January 3, 2021 Jen went into the doctor with a cough and trouble breathing.  After testing COVID negative, the doctors found 6 blood clots in her lungs.  She was transferred immediately to Abbot Northwest.  While they were scanning for the blood clots, the doctors found some masses on her liver, colon, adrenal gland and lungs.  After multiple tests and biopsies, Jen was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and stage 4 liver cancer.  


Jen and her family have been though so much in the past few years.  From losing her husband and her job in a year. Jen has been strong and brave through it all, being a rock and unwavering support for her kids, friends and family.  Now it is our turn to be a rock for her.   You got this Jen and we are all here to support you!! You are a  fighter(as she says a wrestler's mama) and you will kick cancer's butt!
