Life really changed on June 19, 2016, and there's so much more to come.  Jen was admitted to the Northwestern ER and had emergency surgery two days later to remove a 10+ cm cyst on her ovary.  The cyst was malignant, diagnosed as Burkitt Lymphoma.  Burkitt is an extremely rare form of non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, and recognized as the fastest growing human tumor.  The aggressive nature of this disease must be attacked aggressively in return, and Jen immediately began inpatient chemotherapy less than a week after the diagnosis.

If you would like to donate to Jen's expenses, please visit the link on this page that takes you to her GoFundMe account  Donations made on this site are for the Caringbridge organization, NOT for Jen's medical expenses.

Please check Jen's journal as she'll be updating her progress on a regular basis.

Thank you for visiting our site, and thank you for your continued love and support!
