Jeff's Story.....

Well this part of Jeff's story began February 8, 2017 at 1:30pm in Columbus, GA at his father in law's funeral service.  Jeff was clapping and praising GOD for the life that his father in law Rev. Edward Moore lived and about 20 minutes into Pastor Daryl Stover preaching the Eulogy Jeff reached over and tapped my leg and with his hands clinched and said I think I am having a stroke.  Shocked and stunned I immediately looked over to a friend of ours and ask her to please help me. During that moment other friends, relatives and usher's began to help. They were able to get Jeff into the back room and put him in a wheel chair. The paramedics were immediately called and were there at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church in Columbus , GA within minutes.

Jeff was taken to St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, GA where his condition began to deteriorate within minutes.  Upon arrival the doctors were able to communicate with me what had occurred. Jeff had a Intracranial Hemorrhage.

The definition of this is:

"Intracranial Hemorrhage is a type of bleeding that occurs inside the skull (cranium). Bleeding around or within the brain itself is known as a cerebral hemorrhage (or intracerebral hemorrhage). Bleeding caused by a blood vessel in the brain that has leaked or ruptured (torn) is called a hemorrhagic stroke"

Day 1 looked very bleak to most who were there. Although the staff was kind and considerate, the prognoses didn't yield much hope.  The next morning myself along with Jeff's siblings decided that we had to give Jeff the best opportunity and chance, that he deserves.  After a conference with the doctor he was able to communicate with Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA and have Jeff medivac to their facility on February 9th.

Emory University Hospital Neuroscience ICU  is definitely a Class A facility and has taken great care of Jeff as well as taken care of me as his wife.

I also want to take the time to say a big heartfelt and humbled thank you to everyone who has sat with me, prayed for Jeff, called, texted, visited, sent cards, balloons, flowers, teddy bears money and gave of yourselves in anyway. It has been CRAZY LOVE. Words could not describe the LOVE and APPRECIATION that we feel.

OUR Family (ALL SIDES) and my sister Friends have been AMAZING!!!!!!!!! I LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH.

GOD has a powerful testimony coming forth from THE KINGS......so stay tuned because GOD is not through with MY KING yet.

Please log in and stay up to date with Jeff's progress

Please know that we love you and if I haven't returned a call or a text that I promise as soon as I stop loving my honey bunny back to health, I will.

LOVE FROM A KING AND HIS QUEEN
