Welcome to Jeff Capelle's CaringBridge site. It's been created it to keep friends and family updated on Jeff's journey living with Stage 4 prostate cancer. The site will give you the chance to share words of support and encouragement during the time ahead when he may not be able to communicate with you directly. I know that he will look forward to reading your messages and feeling your love! Thanks for helping him on his challenging journey.

If you are reading this story, you know that Jeff Capelle is a great, humble man.  He may have cooked your favorite dish or arranged an antipasto on an enormous platter for you.  He may have navigated a tour of Cape Cod Bay on a sunny summer day as captain of Lush Life. He may have shared his coveted cookbook or a spent some time with you enjoying  a delicious cocktail.  He is a "Master PowerPointer" and a trusted work colleague.  He has spent his life  enjoying it, living and loving every day.  And that continues.


Sometimes we can't remember whom we've told what, so to keep it simple for Jeff and me, we set up this site where we can tell everyone what's going on. If you want to be notified whenever we update, please sign up for email notifications. You don't have to write a response every time we update, only if you feel the need. We know you care and that makes all the difference.

As many of you know , over the last week Jeff's illness has worsened.  Hold him in your thoughts and hearts, send a message of courage and strength for the difficult days that lie ahead, and remember him in your prayers. Jeff and I will keep you posted.   Matt
