Welcome to our Caring Bridge page. We have created this to keep Jeff’s friends, family, and other loved ones updated. This page will be a good place to share information and show support to Jeff. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement through this difficult time.

On January 6, 2017, my husband Jeff was diagnosed with Grade 4 Glioblastoma Multiforme, also called GBM. This is an aggressive brain cancer that in Jeff’s case is located in the right temporal lobe of the brain. In the weeks leading up to this diagnosis, Jeff was experiencing some inconsistent symptoms that included headaches, nausea, changes in speech, sensory changes, and low overall energy level including some weakness on his left side.

Up until now, Jeff has been a hard-working and successful small business owner and family man. Our children Meg (21), Josh (19), and Emma (18) have been by our sides and strong in their support during this time. We are so proud of them for their maturity, patience, and perseverance. Jeff is the youngest of six siblings who are very close knit. Jeff, a master woodworker, cabinetmaker, and remodeler, has a large base of clients who often quickly became his friends. These connections as well as many friends, old and new, have given us a large base of support. We are grateful for the outpouring of love and compassion from our extensive network of friends and family.
