As many of you know Jeff was diagnosed with a high grade brain tumor in his left temporal lobe on Thanksgiving 2016. It was a complete and utter shock to everyone. He was forced to unexpectedly retire from his busy practice as a vascular surgeon as all attention now focused on his disease and treatment. We have know gone through radiation, immune therapy, and now multiple rounds of chemotherapy. At this point he is doing well and constantly surrounded by Ruth, many friends, and Ethan, Zack, and Loretta as they are able to escape back to Seabeck. Now that the academic year has restarted we are looking for a little help with keeping Jeff company and assisting with meals on Tuesday and Thursday night when Ruth teaches at UW Tacoma. We are also looking to be open and share how Jeff is doing in the coming months. We have been blown away by the overwhelming support of everyone during this difficult process.
